Both are working offices rather than shops. Call before you come, so that someone is free to see you and the model you want is on the shelf. If you are travelling to us to be measured, say so when you call and we will put the tape and the size charts on the desk before you arrive.

How quickly do you answer?
Within working hours, usually the same day. A message sent at night is answered the next working morning.
Can you tell me which size I need?
If you send the measurement, yes. Every category page says where to measure and what to measure with. A guess from a photograph is not a size, and the wrong size is the most common reason a support does not work.
Where can I buy one?
Send the product code and the city you are in and we will point you at the nearest way to buy it.
Can I come to the office and try one on?
Call first. The offices are not shops, so a visit needs someone free to see you and the model in stock.
My clinician prescribed a specific brace. Can you match it?
Send the prescription or a photograph of it. If we carry an equivalent we will say so, and if we do not, we will say that too rather than sell you something close.
