Choose the size from the neck-circumference chart. The collar should support the neck evenly without restricting breathing or swallowing. Available sizes: S, M, L, XL. How do I put it on and adjust it?
Put it in position first, then close it, using the adjustable hook-and-loop overlap closure, working from the middle outwards so the pressure stays even. The product is partially adjustable. It should feel snug and evenly supported, never painful, and should not leave deep marks on the skin. Loosen or reposition it if it does.
Will it restrict my movement?
