This page explains what Bodymap does with the information you send through this website, who reads it, and how long it is kept. It covers bodymapco.com only.

Who we are

Bodymap is the orthopedic supports brand of Saina Teb Arta. Our office is at 3rd Floor, No. 14, Mahboubi (18) Street, Ahmad Qeysar Street, Argentina Square, Tehran, Iran. You can reach us at contact@bodymapco.com or +98 21 86193603.

What you send us

There are two forms on this site.

• The request form. It asks for your name and telephone number, and optionally your e-mail address, your company or clinic, your province and city, and the measurements you already have. Depending on what you are asking for, it may also ask who the support is for, how long the problem has been going on, whether you have used a support before, and a short description in your own words.
• The contact form. It asks for your name, e-mail address, telephone number and your message.

You choose what to write. Please send only what is needed to answer your question, and do not include a diagnosis, a medical record or any document you would not want read by our team.

Why we hold it and what we do with it

We use what you send to answer you: to quote a product, to help choose a size, or to pass a clinical question to someone qualified to answer it. Nothing you send is used for advertising, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone outside Bodymap.

Where it goes

A submitted form is sent as e-mail to the Bodymap mailbox that handles that kind of request, and a copy of the same request is delivered to our internal Telegram workspace so the right person sees it quickly. Both are reached only by Bodymap staff.

How long it is kept

Requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to answer you and to keep a record of what was supplied, and are then deleted. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. WordPress and the page cache may set a small number of strictly functional cookies, for example to remember that you are signed in to the administration area. Nothing here follows you to another website.

Other services

Buttons on this site can open WhatsApp or Telegram. If you use one, the conversation happens inside that application and is covered by that company’s own privacy terms, not by this page.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, e-mail leaving our domain is signed, and access to the administration area is limited to named people.

Medical note

Nothing on this website is a diagnosis or a treatment plan. Compression wear and rigid supports in particular should be selected and fitted with a qualified clinician. If a symptom is not settling, please see one.
